Navigation: REPORTS > PRINTABLE REPORTS

Printable reports are either pre-built by our developer or saved reports that were created by you, the end-user. You can build and save these reports via the Report Builder tool. Once saved, you can access them for quick export via the Printable Reports page. If you need to make updates to any of your saved reports, you can open them on the Report Builder page, make your adjustments, and save.

Keep printable reports very generic to ensure they work for you each year. The more complex the report becomes, the greater the likelihood that it will break in the future, especially if you are prone to make frequent updates to your application.

Printable reports can easily break if your application is often updated. Any fields that have been used in the printable report which are later removed from your application during an app development will, in turn, break the printable report.
